Retreats are destinated to people who want to reach a higher degree of work-life balance and long to learn how to handle boundaries between their life domains. Retreats are created to support participants in reaching a high work-life balance, lower work-life conflict and less work-life stress. Retreats give knowledge about work-life & leadership to support you in the development of your harmonious life-puzzle. Retreats are proposed as face-to-face interaction in stimulating places to also be active and co-active. Retreats are limited to 6/7 participants to facilitate interaction.
1-day retreat: Your life Balance and Your life Puzzle
This retreat is proposed over one day (from 8:30 to 17:00) in place where participants can discuss but also relax. Coffee breaks and lunch are provided. Participants benefit from 8 hours of interaction and 1 hour of individual coaching after the retreat
2-days retreat: Puzzling & boundary setting to achieve a better life
This retreat is proposed over two days in a row in place where participants can discuss but also relax. Coffee breaks, lunches, dinner and overnight are provided. Depending of the facilities participants may benefits from SPA, golf or other extra activities as long as their stimulate work-life balance. Participants benefit from 13 hours of interaction and 3 hours of individual coaching.
1 & 1 – day retreat: Puzzling your life
This retreat is offered as two days spread over 2 months with individual coaching provided in between. Coffee breaks and lunches are provided. Participants benefit from 14 hours interactions and 3 hours of individual coaching.
